1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and gg ph ("gg ph," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the gg ph online casino and sportsbook platform available at ggph.net and any associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, or applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, or using any feature of the gg ph Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies referenced herein or published on the Platform from time to time.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register a gg ph account, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including a valid email address and Philippine mobile number;
• Not be an employee, contractor, or affiliate of gg ph or any of its game providers;
• Not be a person who has previously been self-excluded from the Platform or whose account has been terminated for violations of these Terms;
• Hold only one (1) account on the Platform — duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.

2.4 KYC Verification

In accordance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering regulations in the Philippines, gg ph requires Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals. Accepted identification documents include PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, and government-issued driver's licence. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gg ph login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. gg ph will never ask for your password via email, chat, or SMS. You agree to notify gg ph support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date, including your registered email address and Philippine mobile number. gg ph is not responsible for account recovery failures arising from outdated or inaccurate contact information.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one gg ph account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using other persons' details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gg ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). gg ph does not accept cryptocurrency or international wire transfers unless explicitly stated.

4.2 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your gg ph account balance in real time for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) and within one banking day for bank transfer methods. Minimum deposit amount is ₱100. gg ph does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes: GCash and PayMaya within 30 minutes for verified accounts; BPI, BDO, and Metrobank within 1–3 banking hours. gg ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawal amounts.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

gg ph is subject to Philippine anti-money laundering laws including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. gg ph may report suspicious financial activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

5. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

5.1 Random Number Generation

All gg ph casino games utilising random number generators (RNGs) use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested to ensure statistical fairness. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG at the moment of each game event and cannot be influenced by any party, including gg ph.

5.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting on gg ph covers Philippine Basketball Association (PBA), NBA, UFC, boxing, football leagues (EPL, La Liga, UEFA Champions League), and other events. Odds are subject to change before market close. Settled bets are final unless a manifest error is identified by gg ph within 48 hours of settlement. gg ph reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting patterns.

5.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or software malfunction during a game session, gg ph will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the outcome using game server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, bets placed during an affected session may be voided and stakes returned. gg ph is not liable for losses attributable to the player's own internet connection or device failure.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by gg ph are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. General bonus conditions include:

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn;
• Bonuses are available to eligible players only — gg ph reserves the right to exclude accounts from specific promotions;
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings;
• gg ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without prior notice;
• In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7. Responsible Gaming

gg ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits configurable from Account Settings;
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts to notify you of elapsed playing time;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary suspension of account access for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent exclusion from the Platform upon player request — effective immediately and irreversible except after a minimum cooling-off period as required by PAGCOR regulations;
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications displaying session duration and net play results.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gg ph Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, AI systems, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches for financial gain;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your gg ph account;
• Registering or operating multiple accounts under any circumstances;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security or access control mechanism of the Platform.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances without recourse, and may be referred to Philippine law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the gg ph Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, and the gg ph brand identity, is the exclusive property of gg ph or its licensors and is protected under Philippine intellectual property laws and applicable international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No rights are granted to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from gg ph.

10. Privacy & Data

gg ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, accessible at /privacy-policy.

Key data processing activities include: account registration and KYC verification, transaction processing, game session logging for dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming monitoring. gg ph does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, gg ph and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

gg ph's total aggregate liability to any player for claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

gg ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to comply with KYC or identity verification requirements;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• A player's request for self-exclusion;
• A regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.

Upon termination, gg ph will return any undisputed, wagering-requirement-free balance remaining in the account, subject to completion of applicable verification procedures and anti-money laundering checks.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Players who have unresolved complaints are encouraged to first contact gg ph support via live chat. Where a resolution cannot be reached through internal dispute resolution processes, players may escalate to PAGCOR's player complaints mechanism.

14. Amendments to These Terms

gg ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address on file and/or via an in-platform notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised upon any update.

Continued use of the gg ph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure via support.
